Thank you for your interest in Elements Women's Travel.

If you have decided to book a tour and would like to reserve your spot, please complete the Booking Form or call us at 250.245.9580.

Confirm the Reservation

Elements Women's Travel will confirm your seat(s) subject to a deposit. A 50% deposit is required for all multi-day tours and a 100% deposit is required for all single-day tours. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express via PayPal, as well as money orders and traveller/personal cheques.

Final Payment

Full payment for all multi-day tours is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

Single Day Adventures

All money is fully refundable up to 1 week prior to tour date, minus a $20 administration fee. If you cancel your trip less than 1 week prior to the tour date, no refund will be offered unless Elements can fill your space, minus a $20 administration fee.

Multi-Day Adventures CAMPING Accommodation

All money is fully refundable up to 4 weeks prior to tour departure for all CAMPING accommodation tours, minus a $100 administration fee. If you cancel your trip less than 4 weeks prior to the tour, no refund will be offered unless Elements can fill your space, minus a $100 administration fee.

Multi-Day Adventures LODGE Accommodation

All money is fully refundable up to 6 weeks prior to tour departure for all LODGE accommodation tours, minus a $100 administration fee. If you cancel your trip less than 6 weeks prior to the tour, no refund will be offered unless Elements can fill your space, minus a $100 administration fee.

Cancelled Trips

Elements Women's Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to tour departure. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, unforeseen circumstances associated with operating in wilderness and remote areas, or insufficient bookings. A multi-day trip cancellation due to insufficient bookings would normally occur at least 2 weeks prior to the tour. In the event Elements has to cancel your tour, we will endeavor to offer an alternative tour or offer you a full refund.

Pre-Trip Information

Before our tour commences, everyone will be asked to complete and sign a waiver and medical form. These forms, along with a gear list, will be included in your welcome package which will be sent to you upon registration and receipt of deposit.
