Booking Information If you have decided to book a tour and would like to reserve your spot, please complete the Booking Form below or call us at (250) 245.9580. Confirm the Reservation Elements Women's Travel will confirm your seat(s) subject to the deposit. A 50% deposit is required for all multi-day tours and a 100% deposit is required for all essential elements (single-day) tours. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express via PayPal, as well as money orders and traveller/personal cheques. Final Payment Full payment for all multi-day tours is due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation Policy All money is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to tour departure, minus a $50 administration fee. If you cancel your trip less than 30 days prior to the tour, no refund will be offered unless Elements can fill your space, minus a $50 administration fee. Cancelled Trips Elements Women's Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to tour departure. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, unforseen circumstances associated with operating in wildnerness and remote areas, or insufficient bookings. A multi-day trip cancellation due to insufficient bookings would normally occur at least 2 weeks prior to the tour. In the event Elements has to cancel your tour, we will endeavor to offer an alternative tour. Pre-Trip Information Before our tour commences, eveyone will be asked to complete and sign a waiver and medical form. These forms, along with a gear list, will be included in your welcome package which will be sent to you upon registration and receipt of deposit. |
